Sol Psychology is founded by Dr. Poneh Kazemsoltani and serves Chicago, California, and beyond. We offer an array of psychological services that have an integrative approach centered around CBT and mindfulness. We offer life and executive coaching, and consulting services that incorporate skill-building techniques.
We strive to support individuals with diverse presenting concerns, ranging from anxiety and mood disorders, relational challenges, trauma, substance abuse disorders, and couple and family issues. Whether you’re facing grief, trauma or significant life changes, Sol Psychology is here for you. We want to see you overcome your struggles, gain clarity, and become the best version of yourself.

With a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Counseling Psychology from the American Psychological Association Accredited Program at Alder University in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Sol is licensed in Illinois and California well-equipped to support you through your journey of self-discovery.
My goal is to help you feel supported with acceptance and understanding throughout your journey of self-discovery. I work collaboratively to provide a respectful, safe, and supportive environment in which you will feel empowered.
I will work collaboratively with you to get to a place where you can face the feelings and thoughts that limit you with the courage to move forward.While therapy can be challenging, I will draw on your strengths and values to bring about the actions needed for lasting change.
